There are 4 different tabs on the
screen shot below to allow information to be entered about a particular
stock. You can even enter a picture to associate with this
particular stock and it's Sire/Dam, Grand Paternal and Grand Maternal
information. The tabs are:

ID # - You can
enter alpha or numeric into this field up to 20 characters. This
is the unique ID# for your fish.

Name – This is
whatever you have named the fish. Example: Royal Blue CT Male #1.

Genus – The
biological classification of your fish. Example: Betta.

Species – The
biological category of your fish. Example: splenden.
-
Color Markings
– Color Markings on your fish.

Tail Type – The
tail type (half moon, crown tail, double tail, etc.)

Date Purchased
– This field is only applicable if you purchased the fish. If it
is from your spawn you will leave this field blank. A popup
calendar is provided to select your date.

Purchase Price
– This field is only applicable if you purchased the fish. If it
is from your spawn you will leave this field blank.

Date Spawned –
The date you spawned your fish. This only applies if this fish is
from your spawn. If you purchased the fish you will have to
estimate the date so you will know the age of the fish. A popup
calendar is provided to select your date.

Breeder – If
purchased, this is the person who you purchased the fish from. You
can select the Breeder from the “Breeder” file.

Picture
Location – This is the physical location on your computer of
your fish’s picture. There is a button for you to click on so you
can go out on your hard drive and select your picture. Once you
have selected the picture file the picture of the fish will appear.

Sire Stock ID #
- This is the stock id # of the male who sired the fish.

Sire
Description – This is the description of the male who sired the
fish.

Sire Picture
Location - This is the physical location on your computer of
your sire fish’s picture. There is a button for you to click on so
you can go out on your hard drive and select your picture. Once
you have selected the sire s picture file the picture of the fish will
appear.

Dam Stock ID #
- This is the stock id # of the female who sired the fish.

Dam Description
- This is the description of the female who sired the fish.

Dam Picture
Location - This is the physical location on your computer of
your dam fish’s picture. There is a button for you to click on so
you can go out on your hard drive and select your picture. Once
you have selected the dam’s picture file the picture of the fish will
appear.

Grand Sire Paternal
Stock ID # - This is the stock id # of the Grand Sire Paternal
fish.

Grand Sire Paternal
Description - This is the description of the grand paternal
male who sired the fish.

Grand Sire Paternal

computer of your grand paternal sire fish’s picture. There is a

ID # - This is the stock id # of the Grand Dam Paternal fish.

select from four different categories: Breeder, For Sale, Sold, Dead.

- Price you are asking for the stock for sale.
